Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Choosing what to eat isn't always easy and knowing what to eat doesn't always transfer over to our eating behaviors. Balance and moderation are essential to living a happy life. One of the most important relationships we can have is the one we have with food. The food we eat provides our bodies the "information" and materials they need to function properly. Disordered eating patterns can lead to hormonal imbalances, emotional dysregulation, and an overall decline in health. It is important to recognize what stops us from attaining our nutrition goals and it is crucial to receive accurate nutrition information.
